I have pain in my right side. I saw the docter and he couldnt find anything wrong. He gave me medication for urine infection. I took all of it and still the pain is bad. IT IS NOTmy appendix, or overies or my intestants. I am worried.

Is the pain upper right quadrant or lower right quadrant? If you have pain and nausea after a fatty meal, then it could be your gall bladder. If it is not meal related, but rather activity related, it could be costochondritis or a cartilage inflammation in your ribs. I have unexplained chronic right side pain, and the doctor also didn't find anything wrong with me. I suspect that it is an inflammation of the cartilage between the ribs and might be a form of arthritis. This sort of pain is devilishly hard to diagnose, but keep track of whether it correlates with your eating habits or your exercise habits, and that might narrow it down. Then present your information to your doctor.

If the pain is higher up, about the height of your heart, I would suggest an Irish Heart attack :P

seriously, no idea, maybe you strained it during exercise?
Or if you have noticed it after waking up the next morning, it might be a chill in your side and that can make things uncomfortable but I wouldn't say painful, but everyones pain threshold is different

Good Luck on that
