Could some one explain this Spanish word play?

"me fue forzado sacar fuerzas de flaqueza"
Its from Lazzarillo de Tormes im just wondering if anyone can explain the word play that deals with this part of a sentence.

It is an old way of speaking. Spanish has changed very much since this book was written.
Besides, it is Lazarillo de Tormes, no need of double ZZZZ
