Can someone please help me understand what the process is to minister to prisoners in Kingston's Penetentiary?

First, you would have to be accredited by the federal government to enter a secure facility. You would have to be a legitimate clergy person (of whatever kind), be vetted (security checks), and would have to have the final ok from the warden of the facility.
After that, you would be in. If you are so inclined, I am sure that whomever is there right now, you could contact them, and they would appreciate whatever help you can bring.
