i woke up this morning and had diarrea (not be gross sorry if i am) anyway whent to school had no problems but when i came home i fell asleep and got up around 7 30 and couldnt decide what i should eat for dinner help me please?

Yes, the broth imparticular should be settling for the stomach and you need to drink a lot of liquids. Maybe skip the noodles if you can.

Well it's ok since it's pretty much a liquid and you need liquids right now. But try to drink lots of water. The reason why people say chicken noodle soup makes you better is it's thought that there's something in the chicken that helps you. Just drink lots of water. Eat foods that aren't too spicy or upseting.

you should probably eat something a bit more substancial like a sandwich. Raman is high in sodium, so you'll get dehydrated and end up drinking more liquids to compensate, resulting in the butt dash to the bathroom later?

just my theory, but now that you mention it Raman does sound good right now . . .I think I''ll go dust off a package myself.

ewww no too much grease. But comfort food is best. I prefer cold cereal because it seems to settle my tummy. Soup is great, even canned.

Eat it. But if you have the runs why would you eat? It should be fine.
