Ok i found a grasshopper in my salad and I figured this out while i was chewing it. My girlfriend was sitting next to my whenh i spit it out. can I sue?

okay, the fact that you had grasshopper in your salad means that your salad is pesticide free, fresh and organic!
Grasshoppers can not survive if you use pesticides. so it's good news! also, in Asia, Grasshopper is delicacy!

I'd expect counter action from the grasshoppers legal team, they'd be suing you for attempted murder ? Yes or did you kill the grasshopper? I dunno, I'd pack up n move state.
