civic si is really hot... especially in the SI blue color... but i do love hatchbacks and i think the SI is the best

Like the Hondas, too and I understand the Eclipse and Cobalt are pretty good . . . but I'd take the VW. Something about the Euro cars that I just like the feel of better than the others. Currently drive a Jetta TDI . . . and love it.

The GTI...without question. I prefer American, but the Cobalt is not very attractive, and VW has a much storied history of quality. However, at 6'3'' ans 235lbs, I don't quite fit in any of them.
