Not if it is healthy or not, but what exactly is the fluid or whatever?

A wet nose is healthy. It is fluid from the lateral glands in a dog's nose that makes them moist and shiny, if not you should see your vet.

A sign of a healthy pet. Its natural for their nose to be wet when it is dry or warm you need to get them to the vet.

Well, probably they just licked their nose. Unless you're talking about a discharge from the nose, then that's an illness.

dogs do not have sweat glands in their body like we do. that's why they pant. it's their cooling system but dogs do have sweat glands in the nose and paw pads. not sure about cats. so in dogs, it could be a little sweat, or no sweat. nothing to worry about, really
