My husband and I are traveling with my husbands job and I was wondering what we can "write off". Our home town is in OR and we havent lived at home since he started this apprenticeship.

my husband does not travel for work but we claim any work related expense from saftery glasses to work boots to tools he has to buy..when i was working as a nurse we claimed my nursing license renewal fees,magazines and the H&R block lady even claimed laundry detergent i used to wash my uniforms
with you travelling with him i'm not sure if that would make a difference on what you can claim in regards to living expenses and stuff like that
