Enroll in a nights/weekends MBA program at a local university. All the chicks in the classes will at least be college graduates. Most MBA candidates are in their late twenties to early thirties.
Church services are good, too. Religion often attracts ppl who are a little lost in the world. Oftentimes such women are out of step enough to still be single later in life.
Besides, even if you're not successful with the women, a little education or religion won't hurt ya!

Dating sites, join a gym, do volunteer work, place of worship, supermakets, video store, doctor's office (nurse), etc.
Basically, you just gotta start chatting and asking for phone numbers. It's frustrating at first, but after a while you get used to the rejection, and it doesn't bother you, and sometimes they suprise you and give you the number and then flake out later on your 1st or 2nd date, but then... every once in a rare while... one really likes you.

try posting an ad on craigslist.com in your city. simply put what you are looking for, and hopefully someone will answer! If that doesn't work, than try responding to a woman's ad!
