My thoughts and prayers are with your dad and you and the family. Millions go through these rough times--I do not know why they happen but they seem to sap the strength and spirit--so be strong as you can for your dad and family. It is OK to feel overwhelmed, because it really is alot to go through. I often see it as a test that we must face--so do the right thing, be supportive and understanding, continue to hopefor the best--and SMILE....your dad will appreciate all the little things you can do while you visit--that includes a warm smile on his best girls face. Put your faith in God as you percieve him to be--we all need to have faith in a higher authority--and trust that he will have it go as he planned it all to be. My best to you. Please write if you would like to--my site is available.

I'm so sorry for your dad...sure, I will definitely pray for him!

Just remember that God will give you all strength to get through this if you ask Him. He loves you more than your father could because you are His creation. Your dad would be proud to hear that his kids are being strong like he wants you to. Trust me, he probably feels worse about you guys seeing him in his state than his own sickness! Make sure you give him lots of love, and smile when you see him. Don't make him feel guilty for being sick.

But you know what? You just made me thankful for my dad. Everyone takes it for granted that their loved ones are healthy and active. Again, I hope you get through this. But whatever the Lord has willed and predestined for every one of our lives, we should accept joyfully...amen?

;)
