Yes if you can prove that it was in your salad before you started to eat it. But why complain they say that they are good eating when they are coverd in choclate

Well, I found a big dead fly in my McDonalds french fries once (large "flies"!) I called the place where it came from and the manager wasn't overly concerned about it--he offered me a free meal after I told him I was never going back there again!
I think that bugs are not something that people are very concerned about, so I'm not sure if you'd have a strong case for suing.

you would have a hard time proving it.It could end up costing you a lot in the longrun.As I see it..grasshopper is probably better for you than any macdonalds food .
