No, that's not a good choice when you have an upset stomach. To make it better you can eat bananas, rice, apple sauce or toast.

if you have an upset stomache the only things you can eat would probably be rice or toast. the cheese in the macoroni is too heavy like the fish sticks. you'll just make it worse, and i don't think that eating at 9 or 10 would be any different from eating at 6 or 7. (unless you go to sleep right after you eat... then you'll have an upset stomache in the morning)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

No,It would be a better idea to eat something light... like crackers the mac and cheese would be heavy on your digestion. Also, you might get a more upset stomach if you eat around 9 or 10 o'clock(if pm) because you dont give yourself enough time to digest (if you go to sleep afterwards) which migh lead to an upset stomach.
Try eating something easy to digest earlier.
Best of luck.

No. The macaroni contains dairy, and the fish sticks are fried--neither is good for an upset stomach.
Also not good to eat heavily after around 6PM.
If you have an upset stomach, you should eat some crackers, drink gingerale, maybe some broth or jello. Sugary tea may help your stomach.
Hope you feel better and can get to sleep.

I've found that even if I have an upset stomach, eating what I'm craving does me more good than following the bland food diet. That is, unless I've been really super ill.
There shouldn't be any difference by eating at nine or ten in the evening.

Ok, listen. When you have an upset stomach, follow the following steps.
1. Go to bed. Remain here until your stomach feels better.
There is the best remedy you will find. Want to throw in some Pepto Bismol? Go right ahead. Macaroni and fish sticks? you'll be sorry.

When your stomach is upset you should eat saltine crackers or plain toast. I don't know if mac & cheese or fish sticks will upset you, but they might. If you're constantly eating late at night your stomach might feel unsettled when you go to sleep b/c it's digesting.
Try some 7-up, alka-seltzer, or pepto.

Sorry, everyone...but I have a different opinion.
Mac and cheese has always been my comfort food on an upset stomach. Fatty foods (fried, creamy, whatever)...have always have worked for me.
One thing to keep in mind, is that everyone is different. I have a medium to strong stomach.

Thats definatly not a good choice. Try chicken noodle soup, saltine crackers, or toast. Eating that late just isn't healthy because it just sits in your stomach all night rather than digesting while youre up and moving.
