Although i am only 13, i am having a really hard time with life. I am usally an A student but recently my grades suck and i need to get into this high school!(in 8th grade private school) I was a great dancer and tenis player like last month but now i suck! My parents just got back to together after a three month seperation. But my life is out of control and i just cant get it together. And its it not that i am not trying, i do but nothing works out right. Does anyone have any sugesstions or any good book to help me?

i have tried talking to my parents but they didnt really help. all they did was taking way my tv privelages to 'help' me focus.

i am in many clubs like book club, photography club, video club, drama, dance, tenis, roots and shoots, etc. (is that affecting me?)

I'm sorry to hear about your situation! I have been in a similar situation myself, where it JUST feels like EVERYTHING is out of control..!

What I did was start getting things organized... start with small things such as cleaning your room. If your room is organized, you will feel more organized mentally as well. Second, start keeping a planner of things to do (dates, times, homework assignments, etc)

and Third - begin some type of physical stress relief output such as running or working out at the gym. Stressing your body will make you feel more relaxed and calm afterwards. Sometimes weightlifting helps me stay sane!

And if you want, keep a journal. Write in it at night before bed, or while you are laying in bed.

13 is a difficult age for any girl to deal with, add a troubled home situation to the mix and life can become overwhelming. Please find a counselor you feel you can trust and they will help you put all these confusing emotions into perspective. Try looking at your church, through your school, or a community mental health department. If you feel comfortable confiding in your parents at this time, ask them to help you find a mental health professional. Their health insurance may pay for this and provide them with a suggestions. Whatever you decide, you can't deal with this alone.

those measurements sound standard for you top. i'm sixteen too and four'10 (executed turning out to be) and that i've got extensive shoulders at 38 inches around yet no person notices them till i factor it out, yet to me they're my superb characteristic. you're able to think of that extensive shoulders could seem masculine, yet whilst i seem at photos of me and my mum (who's the comparable top as me), my shoulders make my seem some inches taller and a lot greater elegant. Change your routine up. It sounds like you are stuck in a rut, just try new things. It will help you sort of reboot yourself. Try to change your outlook and attitude also. Just say "Today is my da, and nothing can change that"
