Take a digital camera photo, crop and resize it in photoshop, then add the "official" at the bottom. Then make it your 360 picture and choose "use my 360 picture" in your answers profile.

That one does look a little crappy. Hope its not you. Just put a good clear picture that you want to use on 360 and let it be your primary and use it for your aviator on y/a.
