the Sam's stores carry large bags of tootsie rolls and might have the flavored ones. I know at Halloween they did.

If you're in SoCal, at the 99c Only Stores. They have them all the time, for 99c. Otherwise, try a drugstore or large discount store like WalMart or Target.
