I see where you are going with this question- and I have to say it is a good question seeing as God is soverign and is in control- and has planned the steps of man as Proverbs says. BUT God tells us that we are held accountable for our actions, and for our sins. So He is not responsible, we are. I know this does not make sense to those who believe in pre destination- because it is the one thing many question who do know that God pre destined us, just as the scriptures say. BUT God also tells us that we are to give account to Him. So we are held responsible for our sins. With Christ of course, when you believe you are washed clean and forgiven of sin- no longer under that judgment- but you have passed from death to life. Amen for that! But God obviously knew sin would enter the world through Adam and Eve, and He made His salvation known through Jesus Christ---and this always brings glory and honor to Him, which is what God intended from the beginning.

Didn't He invent the concept? Who else could be responsible. Satan? No. Satan was a bozo underling, inferior to God, not any where near as powerful. God kicked his butt good. Evicted him and not only threw him in the street but set his shorts on fire. Cool. God made the rules, knows what is going to happen, can make anything happen, and can change anything He wants. The Big Guy has cahones. He also has a mean disposition and so do his fans. Don't mess with them, they'll kill you.
If you need real proof, play the video game, inspired by God, called "Left Behind". In the upper levels, if they can't convert you they kill you. Kill, kill, kill for Jesus.
It's a sick world and I'm a happy guy.

The captain is always responsible for everything and anything that happens on his ship.
The commander-in-chief is always responsible for everything and anything that happens under his command.
The CEO is always responsible for everything and anything that happens under his direction.
The parents are always responsible for everything and anything that happens with the minor in their home.
Somehow God is off the hook for everything just because he's God?
No.
That is not to say that the human sinner is not responsible. But God, if you believe him to be all-powerful and all-knowing, shares the responsibility. Not the blame...the responsibility.
If you find this idea objectionable, consider, then, what it would be like to have a problem with someone on the captain's ship. If the captain were not responsible, to whom would you complain? What recourse would you have? How could the problem have a possibility of being resolved or righted? Because he is responsible, the captain has the power to resolve the problem, to right it.
That's why God, too, is responsible, even for sin.

Only in the sense that he knew it was going to happen. But every parent knows that their children will not be perfect. We have children anyway, because we hope our children will do more good than bad. And as bad as this world sometimes is I still believe we have more good than bad in this world. Whenever we have a tragedy people tend to bind together. When 9-11 happened something happened to this country people in all 50 states started calling New Yorkers by titles like neighbor, and brother. People who were living from paycheck to paycheck managed to come up with money to send to the hurting people in New York. Emergency workers who knew that they would probably never leave the towers entered them anyway in hopes of saving as many lives as possible. Some of the greatest evils have spawned even greater goods. I will never forget the Congress people standing together singing God Bless America. Our politicians that normally fight about everything actually stood together and sang about God and country.
People with a horrible fear of needles donated blood. Till this day nothing can get me motivated like the words "Let's Roll!"
9-11 brought me to my knees in sadness, but the way most of the world pulled together to help the hurting people of New York City made me proud to be part of the human race. As bad as 9-11 was I know I never would have seen that beauty without it.
God told us not to sin but he allows us to choose. If we choose to go against what God says it is our fault not his.

No.....but I'm sure there are lots of people who want to try to blame Him rather than being responsible for their own sins.
