Okay, it'll only be one month the day after her birthday, but we've been "close" friends for about 6 months. I need a cute gift idea. She doesn't want anything "Store bought", and she says that something homemade would be so much more personal and special to her. Any good ideas?

Why not make her a scarpbook. gather together some photo of you and her hanging out, and photo's of anything she likes, pets, favourite bands etc. and create a photo album/ scrapbook. It be a nice thopughtfull gift and she'd be impressed you took so much time and thought for her.

First follow the KISS Concept
KEEP IT SIMPLE & SWEET

Make sure that you dont go to far ahead for a first gift-if you are together for more than a year it will be a ahrd act to follow

Save these ideas and put them into your yahoo notepad to draw one

Start a tradition-if you stay together you can expand on it every year

Good gifts are heartfelt-a day of pampering would be a winner. spoil her all day long; Wake her up with breakfast (or take out from her fav coney island b4 she wakes up), polish her toenails, give her a body massage, brush her hair (if its a weave-be delicate & ask her how to do it), Nothing sexual as this will be a turn on to her by itself

the other ideas are good to end the day on-a special gift for her that you have made to end the night. maybe making dinner and dessert or buy sorbet-fat free and full of fruit (bu edy's peach or strawberry)

the most important thing here is to create a memory-something she will always have

I hope this helps

It extremely relies upon how far you're contained in the relationship. If that is a clean relationship do not flow all-out extremely yet. once you've been jointly for a lengthy time period, then i ought to do something a touch better severe. per chance take her out to devour, purchase her something that she loves, per chance discover out her prominent body spray and purchase it for her. see you later as you spend her birthday with her i'm particular she'll love that!

The idea that you took the time and made it will be priceless to her. Put your chef hat on and make her a batch of her favorite cookies. I think that my favorite thing would be a handmade card from you even if you had to use crayons to make it with. Decorate a pillowcase for her so she can cuddle up to it everynight. Don't forget to spray a lil of your cologne on it so shes reminded of you just before she falls asleep. She'll hav sweet dreams for sure!!!
Hope this helps!

Well, Nark, it seems to me that you are in a predicament, here. So, my advice to you is to try making her some cookies and a card. If that doesn't work, give her a nice big kiss and say that that was home made just for her. If you need any more advice, e-mail me at smiegel_frodo_fan@yahoo.com. I'm starting up an advice column.

I work at a ballroom dance studio, and usually when guys get their girls a dance lesson or two, they swoon. Its not homemade but it is creative and personal and SUPER romantic.

I work at Fred Astaire Dance Studio, I dont know if one is near you but they offer a great (and usually really cheap) intro special. If not, im sure you could find something similar in your area.

Learn a swing or a waltz while holding her and finding your rhythm with each other. super sexy.

Homeade...how about a cake or pie, write a little note on it that says something like your special to me. or make her a card, with glitter and ribbons. girls love glitter!
sometime after her birthday make her dinner, have candles and buy her some perfume,. valentines day: definaltly get her a teddy bear and flowers.
good luck!

i agree with someone above me who said to write a poem.

but if you're not the poetic type or something, tehn try making a paper flower for her. I've done that once. Try searching for a tutorial on how to make a paper tulip or something.

good luck dude
