It depends on what kind of girl, we're all different.
Surveying has shown that girls look for financial stability as the #1 quality in a mate. Doesnt mean you have to be loaded, just ambitious and stable.
If I were to notice a guy, secondly to attractiveness (its human nature), I'd want a guy who was there for me, a great listener, and someone who would compliment the hell out of me, do sweet little things (like buy me hot chocolate or leave a funny picture or note in my bag, something cheesey).
But like I said, every girl is different and depends on what youre looking for, too.

Be yourself. Be her friend first. Comfront her and be kind. Don't be obnoxious and loud just for attention. Be trustworthy and honest. Loving and caring. Ask her out to dinner at an xquisit restaurant instead of those fast foods. Do something to impress her.
