See, I've known this one boy since I was in diapers and we were really good friends. Then my best friend told him I wanted to go out with him because I was looking for a boyfriend. Then he called me and asked if I wanted to go out with him. I told him I would call him later and never did. I don't want to go out with him. I don't know what to do if I see him! Please help!

If you really dont want to go out with this boy,then what you need to do is maybe talk to him face to face other than on the phone and avoiding him that will only make it worse.What you should say is, we have been friends for a long time and if we broke up that would really hurt our realationship as friends, so I hope things arnt weird between us, and we can just go back to the way things were.I hope you take my advice.Good Luck.

Just tell him yall have a great friend ship and you wouldnt want to mess that up with having a more serious relationship...just act the same around him as you used to...he will get over it..they always do

You have to beat around the bush a little bit.Tell him that you love your strong friendship, and wouldn't want it to be ruined if anything ever happened between you two in a more serious relationship.

wow, just tell him the straight up truth. say that he isnt your type in the nicest way possible. or say:
"maybe i dont want to go out with no one. ima enjoy being single. not against you or anything, just that maybe i shouldnt be looking for a guy."
try saying that the nicest way possible
