ok so when i started dating this guy, he acted like he was all into me, always all over me and even said i love u once. then asked me why i wasnt the same way, so now that i am acting that way, he is totally different and acts like he doesnt care? i am so confused because when i ask him about it, it just ignores it or says he still likes me. what or how do i talk to him about this? i dont know where to begin?

You shouldnt have to change yourself for any man. That is what it boild down to. If a guy doesnt like you for what and who you are then it cant work out. You cant be someone your not just to please a man. You will be miserable. There is a guy out there who will love you for who and what you are.
