It depends on what your preferences are.
Australia provides a lot of unique things, along with great scuba diving, etc.
I have spent time in Korea and thought that it was quite lovely, maybe a meandering tour of the region...
Or a standard tour of the capitals of Europe, cliched, but not to be missed. I could spend a month in Paris alone just going to museums {Marmottan!}. And throwing Iceland in makes it a little off the beaten path.
