Recently, I moved to Delaware. When I applied for my DE license I was told my PA license was suspended for failure to pay a speeding ticket. In 2005 I did receive a speeding ticket. I believe I had paid it but the magistrate had no record of the payment. I paid the fine this week and have a receipt. How do I go about getting my PA license unsuspended? I have the Restoration Requirements Letter, but it says nothing about what happens after I pay the Restoration Fee and Return my PA Driver's License.

Take the letter to the Penn department of motor vehicles. It's a pain, but once you do, they should be able to correct the suspension quite quickly.

It will take a few weeks, but once your payment is on record it will clear on it's own.
