Take a look at www.ripoffreport.com. Enter the search words Free Lotto. It make take a few attempts to bring it up. There are complaints filed there everyday. Free Lotto is also running three other credit card scams for buying on line lottery tickets from all the major State and interstate lotteries. They have wised up a little on the new scams, unlike Free Lotto they don't put their business address or any way to trace them back without a good deal of investigation.

They are still up and running, as evidenced by the 15 "I got an e-mail saying I won XXXXX lotto...is it real?" posts on every page of the Yahoo! Answers gambling section.
