physical quality..... my height, i am tall and husky and i think that has helped me in my life.
mental quality....... i am stubborn when it comes to who i am, i dont give upon myself and i dont let people tell me who i am. i will always work to prove i can do whatever i put my mind to and if you say i cant then i WILL prove you wrong. i will if only out of spite.
spiritual quality...... i am very forgiving and understanding when it comes to faults of others (harder to forgive myself). i can always put myself in your shoes and see things from your point of view meaning i rarely get mad, never hold a grudge, and have NO ONE i actually hate. this is also my weakness because it also means i belame myself for everything that goes wrong and i get hurt by others easily.

Physical: endurance. I can keep going when all other collapse.
Mental: grasping the abstract, synthesis of ideas.
Spiritual: I can feel the Tao.
