$4000 dollars in medical bills that i owe and 2000 from last year can i claim that too or no?

First of all, to claim medical bills you have to itemize instead of taking the standard deduction.

Then you have to subtract 7.5% of your income from your medical bills, and can only take what's over that.

You can only take what you paid in that tax year, not what you still owe or what you paid in previous years.
