some facts.
1-Jesus did not say - i am God - or that he is his begotten son.
2- Jesus did not ask anybody to worship him.
3- the bible mention several time the statmen of SON OF A MAN
4- Jesus started to preach at the age of 30
its all evidence that he is a human sent by God to deleiver God's message-----
So why Christians ASSUME that he is God or his son??
we all sons of God----Abraham --Moses etc.

Many Christians have this question or similar question in their minds , it's a good question why they worship Jesus ?
There are many truths Christians are not ready to accept like the one u asked ,
there is only one God , who created everything , he created the people and chose some of them to preach the religion ,he chooses who he likes ,and he gives some miracles to them to make the people believe him , it doesn't mean that we can worship him or her,
we have our God to worship, he is only one has no children no equal creature ,no father and mother
so it is high time to think about the truth

Jesus said "He that hath seen me hath seen the father". John 14: 9
I am in the Father, and the Father in Me John 14: 11.
Do you love me? Feed my sheep. John 20:15
Everyone who is of the truth hears my voice. John 19:37
Those are just a few.
Peter also said "My Lord and my God", etc. There are lots of verses that support this. If Christians didn't worship Christ, would they still be called Christians?

facts?
you call lies and distortions facts?
baloney!
boy, do you have some homework to do.....
or you are convicted of serious distorting of the Word of God.
1. Jesus did claim to be God.
He said "I and the Father are one. If you have seen me, you have seen the Father".
that is what the Jews were afraid of.
that is why they convinced the Romans to kill Him.
2. Jesus asked that people worship God. Jesus was and is God.
3. the Bible does not say "Son of a man"....it says "Son of Man".....BIG difference.
4. yes, true....but what does that have to do with anything???? so, He waited until He was a mature adult???
Jesus was and is God.
no mere man could have sacrificed himself to pay for all the sins of all the people who have ever lived or will ever live. it took God to do that.
get your facts straight next time.

the full theology of the Incarnation and the Trinity has continuously questioned me. i've got self belief it has questioned everybody who has particularly theory approximately it. lots of the particularly distinctive theology around it (from the 4th century) holds little activity to me. each and all the uncooked fabric is interior the hot testomony, and one gets a feeling that there are confusing paradoxes in touch. The verses you cite emphasize Jesus as a guy and since the Son; others (John 8:fifty 8 & John 10:30 case in point) emphasize Jesus's team spirit with the divine. i've got self belief that the two perspectives are in a deep experience real. particularly God isn't hassle-free for the human innovations to hold close, and that i doubt the apostles might have invented something as intellectually messy like the Trinity for applications of triumphing converts. i think of this basically the closest we are able to get to grasping it in this existence. on the different hand, there are factors of the Gospels that talk lots greater of course. Jesus particularly rose from the lifeless, many human beings testified to this to the factor of death. and many what He asks human beings is as clean as that is tough. case in point: Luke 10:25-37 - the forged Samaritan Matthew 18:21-22 - Forgiveness Mark 10:17-31 - entire dedication interior the unlikely journey I completely grasp that physique of innovations to existence, i will flow directly to attempting to comprehend the Trinity at a deeper point. Have an excellent day, and peace be with you. greater innovations are on my blog (hyperlink below) while you're curious.

At the Baptism of Jesus, God said. "You are My beloved, Son; with You I am well Pleased." Luke 3:22.
Jesus would later tell his disciples that He and the Father are one.
We worship Jesus because Jesus is God.

First, turn to Exodus 3, where Moses encounters God in the burning bush. God tells Moses that he is the one He has chosen to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Moses says to God, "Suppose I go to the Israelites and say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they ask me 'What is His name?' Then what shall I tell them?" God replies to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.'" God has said that His own name, His personal name, is "I AM."
Now turn to Rev 1:17 And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:
Rev 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

" I and my Father are one"- Jesus
" Before Abraham was, I Am".- Jesus
