I think that depends on her maturity level and what kind of trust she has built up so far with the things she can do NOW.

I have a 13yr old and right now she has no real privileges because she has been very untrustworthy. However when she's behaving, she can go to the mall w/friends, library, movies w/friends, has to be in before sundown in the winter and 5pm in the summer (we eat dinner as a family @ 6pm), scheduled TV time/video game, age appropriate allowance on a weekly basis, and she can go out with friends as long as I know when, where, time, and who and if it's age appropriate.

no meddling into our friends or their life meaning dont talk to them about you when she aint there
