Baby boomers are a generation of people who were born between the end of World War II and the beginning of the 1960s. Many of these people grew up in families with large numbers of children.

It's like the people born after WWII, they should be around their 60s or soemthing right now... That's when there was a mass of babies born... I studied this last year in eigth grade so yeah...

It's the largest populated American generation (native citizenry) by birth and I do believe it started in 1946 and lasted until 1964. I'm heading up the rear of it.
