It means that women have got nothing to do with the value of gods which is of course wrong
But if you mean that if gods rely on the faith of humans to exist I would say it was entirely true because I do not believe in god/gods or any all powerful force other than nature.
They are an idea conjured up to control the masses nothing more
The gods are served best by those who need their help the least.

That overtime, gods have risen up from the imagings of man to suit our spiritual needs, or to give us something to have faith in.
They have changed over time, and of course, in different locales. Once they have fulfilled their use, they retire to the tombs of libraries and museums.
Take the Norse, Greek, Egytian, Aztec, and Mayan gods. Man served and worshiped them for generations, but once more was known about the workings of the world...or once a better fulfilling god came along....they were put on the shelf.

Man creates the Gods and not vice versa.
Man has shed Gods and Goddesses like pounds after New Years for millenniums. Once Man forgets a God/Goddess it no longer exists.
Another argument could be that without Man Gods are just normal beings with no special powers. It's Man's lower functioning that makes Gods/Goddesses powerful.

i think this demonstrates the true meaning of power. Power is not in the leaders, but in the people they lead.
well what is power any way? it is when one being has controll over another, or a bunch of other beings. if there was a god just sitting there with no people to controll, he has no power.
if i took over a city with 100 people in it, i would have power over those hundred people, but if all the people packed thir bags and left, i would no longer have power over anything but some empty houses.
i hope this helps
great question!

Men are the creators of all false gods. They literally are 'nothing'.
Man's big mistake is mixing the real deal in with the forgeries.

It means to me that you are making a statement about man creating the idea of gods... although it's possible it's not very probable
