Is this a joke or just trying to rile up some Jeep owners?
Are you going to lower it and give it a suede/velour hard top too?
Maybe those silly spinners rims?

They'll fit just fine but absolutely kill it's off road capability. The reasoning behind 15" & 16" rims and 30-40" tires is that they'll absorb a little bit of the shock of bumps, and protect the rim. It also gives them the ability to run at lower pressure while off road in order to give you a bigger footprint in the soft stuff.
If you want different wheels I'd suggest looking at the ones at
http://www.quadratec.com/categories/jeep_wheels/
I'd suggest getting something similar to these.

Yes, if the tires fit on 20 inch rims and if the tj has a lift which it may or may not need for them to fit.

Only if you plan on offroading in the vehicle do I suggest adding larger wheels to the vehicle. The vehicle's short narrow wheelbase causes enough problems with people that don't know how to drive a Jeep, without adding anymore height to the vehicle.
If you are just trying to put larger wheels on to use lower profile tires don't, it completely destroyes the offroad look of the vehicle. If you want the effect that the above gives please do it to a car not an offroad vehicle. Plus changing wheel and tire sizes affects performance, drivability, handling, and also affects your speedometer.

yes, they will. You should lift it and put some 40x15.50-20 Toyo Open Country M/T's on it, too.
It'll look sweet.
