Probably not. HIV virus is pretty fragile actually, and it doesn't survive long when outside the human body. Regardless, I'd wear gloves when cleaning something like dried blood; better safe than sorry.

If you didnt have any open cuts then No! The HIV virus must enter the blood stream to be a threat. Also, the HIV virus can only survive a certain amount of time outside the body (e.g, in blood). If it was dried blood, than there is almost nil chance of HIV. so relax:0

technically to can not get HIV from dried blood, but its always better to be safe than sorry. If I recall correctly the virus only lives a few seconds after blood is exposed.to air.
HIV is a blood born Pathogen, contracted from any bodily fliuids, once exposed to air.the virus only lives a few seconds, but not so with semen urine or feces, Aids is the advanged disease, in other words you can be HIV+ and not have aids, but you definately can
be contracted or spread from person to person if precautions are not taken
or spread the disease if precautions are not taken

No, you can't pick up AIDS from dried anything. You would have to have the HIV virus introduced into your system by IV injection or via opening by practicing unsafe sex.
