What did the doctors say? Are you prescribed painkillers?

Too much painkillers can also be a bad thing as it increases your chance of getting rebound headaches. So this means that you are caught in a vicious cycle.

It is far better to find ways to alleviate the triggers to your headaches.

Good luck!!

That sounds a LOT like migraines. How long have you been having them? If they tend to come in clusters--in other words, if you get a lot over a period of time, then dont' get any for a few months to a year or more, then it could well be cluster migraines--something in my family. For any migraine condition, however, some triggers are caffeine, cheese, and chocolate. If you drink a lot of tea, coffee, or soda, or eat a lot of cheesy or chocolatey foods, you should lay off of them for a while and see if you don't feel a bit better. If that doesn't seem to help, you should get a brain scan, as this could indicate a much, much more serious condition.
