I like toast cooked to a very dark tone (but not charcoal) and a glass of milk. As long at the upset stomach is not from eating too much.
Motion sickness medicine - Dramamine or meclizine - helps if nausea exists.

Drink Sprite, the fizzieness acually helps, my mom always gives me Sprite when I'm icky feeling. Have some saltine crackers and chicken noodle soup and hopefully that will help. When I have an upset stomach I usually don't eat anything...

If you are vomiting try just having small amounts of liquids such as water, or gastrolyte. Have these in small amounts but frequently so you don't get dehydrated. If you are not vomiting but feel sick in the tummy try eating bland foods and keep up the fluids. It doesn't matter if you don't eat a lot for a day or two so long as you keep drinking plenty of fluids. Dehydration is the big risk factor with tummy bugs.

I have had stomach problems all my life. Keep it very bland - I start out with a few crackers and some water.

First drink some 7up(or Sprite) then try some crackers. Wait about 30 minutes and then try chicken soup.

Soup. I don't know why, but solids foods tend to make me even more quesy. When I eat the soup, the heat eases my stomach. Try it and good luck.

I would suggest only clear liquids, broth, coffee, tea, jello, and crackers.
