Brown,black,blonde or red

Black, definitely black, or maybe a really dark red, but if your freckly I'd go with blonde However, if you have a smallish head, long neck, and clear skin I'd suggest long black hair that is either always behind your back (not tucked in behind your ears) or black hair that's behind your back but with side swept bangs to the right side of your head, those bangs should have thin streaks of really light, or really dark red hair. If your the rebellious type with a long neck, smallish head, and clear skin I'd suggest short hair that's a really dark red hair, but side swept bangs wouldn;t look good on a redhead. I you had really soft dark red hair then side swept bangs could have a chance. But, if you are a sweet, innocent, and freckly, type of person definitely Blonde or brownish-blonde hair.

I would say a dark brownish-red...it looks really nice on fair ppl////b/c if u black hair it makes u look toooooo white and almost yellow.....blonde hair also brings out the yellow..so dark red and/or brown

I am also light skinned like almost Casper if you know what i mean. I love the look of light ash brown with ultralight blonde highlights on me it looked so good with my skin. The color is not too dark or too light that way.

I suggest u maintain black hair as it is suits u r fair skin.

Brown - If a toffee color with highlights would be good
Black - If you like the Snow White (with red lips) or goth look
Blonde - if you wear bronzer on your face and tinted gloss
Red - If not too violet based.

I think blonde or a blondish red looks best on fair skined people.

sounds like all shade might fit your needs - and you will flow from black to blond without problems as long as you combine different colorings in. case in point blond with chocolate or caramel streaks, etc. It relies upon on your eyes shade too - in case you ask your hairdresser, they might have the skill to offer you the final advice.

you can highlight your hair and use both light brown and reddish brown colour.
