Please help me. I dont need ridicule, i need information and help.
I really want to know how to lose all of my emotions. I have tried, but it doesnt work. It only conceals them for a short while. I am tired of people criticizing me for being over active and just plain uncontrollable because of my emotions. One second im angry. The next, im happy, then the next, im depressed. How do i get rid of them? My toungue is inflicted by my emotions, my toungue of which has got me beat up, and i cannot control it.
Please help me.

It sounds like maybe your just having problems controling your emotions.

Do you already have a doctor? If yes, then call and get an appointment immediately.

If not, United Way offers a free confidential referral service to resources in your community. You can find their phone number listed in the front section of your phone book or by calling information. United Way can give you phone numbers to doctors and psychologist in your area...even ones that will see you based on your income (sliding scale) if you don't have insurance.

Also, if you're in school, see your school counselor. They are there to help you or to help you find help. That's their job.

Sounds like you just need some help regaining your balance. You can live a life that is not controlled or ruined by your emotions. You just need some help. You've made a good start by reaching out here. The next step will be to see a professional. If your leg was broken, you'd go to a doctor. Emotions are no different. You can get help to make your life better. There are doctors for that too. There is no need to suffer like you are suffering. Help is available.

And remember, if you need immediate help, you could tell a family member or even call 911.

Everyone can benefit from some help at some point in their lives. You are at that point now. I'm glad you've taken this step to reach out. The next step will be towards getting some professional help. With help, you can get your feelings back on track and enjoy your life in a more peaceful way. Start to pay attention more to your life. I would speculate that the reasons you feel your emotions are out of control is that you are continuously being knocked off your balance emotionally and need to stop reacting and start acting.

To do this, first it is natural as you grow up to get more serious, but you have to find things that you really believe in and focus on them instead of other people and what they are trying to do to you.

You have to learn how you behave, and what you do not like, and then analyse it and figure out how to stop it ... in other words if you want your emotions not to be so dominant, you have to develop your reason and control, stop giving your emotions so much power.

You can reason some psyhology books about this, or seek counseling ... self-understanding will set you free, but you can only do this based on how important it really is to you ... in short, pay more attention to your life. Of course, eat right, get sleep, develop good friendships ... talking to other people about what they do and how they see you helps too ... but make sure you are talking to someone who is your friend.

The answer is not to get rid of your emotions, the answer is to find out who you are and who you want to be in terms that you can work with and change. Hope that helps.

Emotional center(synaptic nerve) is in the back of the brain and that is an anatomical answer to the Question which dosent meet your spiritual needs. Preoccupy yourself with activities that will keep your mind off feeling. Meditate "option and goal" Athletics ex;"Jog "or "walk" or take Martial Arts. These things build self confidence. always challenge yourself to do better!

Self control is very easy to maintain. All men have a 'natural gift' to hide our emotions, and this is due to our raising as children. A way to do this later in life (which is extremely hard to do for women) is to block your emotions before you sleep. Begin by setting up a comfortable area in a warm and well lighted room. Sit with your back to a wall and your legs crossed, and empty your mind of all thoughts. Resolve all problems before you do this. To clear your mind, listen to soft music (or natural sounds), and concentrate on your breating. the only sound in your mind should be that of your breath. Set a timer of sorts for a half an hour, and do this every night.

You don't want to lose all of your emotions. You don't want to go through life unable to react to a thing.

But you do sound as though you should be seeking professional help, and that might well include the use of prescription meds.

There is hope for you, but start by talking with your family doctor. Be absolutely, brutally honest.

you might have bipolar personality disorder which is treatable. You don't want to go threw life without any emotions, because people that are born without emotions are mostly sociopaths and they copy other people because they don't know how to react to situations. Having emotions makes you who you are and how you react to things.

You need structure and focus in your life. Find somthing you like don't let it be a specific person, and go after emotions are not bad you just have to control them, don't them control you! good luck

You cant.......emotions are a part of what you are you cant just drop them whenever you want to. The only way i see is mabye sme kind of medication......other than that supression is all you can do but remember supression is dangerous because when it finally comes out its worse than normal.

you can't. just don't ! dope ain't the answer. a little criticism is ok, and try very hard to use it constructivily. if they did not care, they would'nt tell you about yourself.
do not ever say anything to anyone you do not want someone to say to you. never say anything out loud you do not want the whole world to know.
control your mouth ( tongue ) more and stay emotional. your emotions are what make you human...as opposed to being a machine
