You're getting to an age where its less important. If hes a really really good guy - and you're absolutely sure hes not taking advantage of you in any way - then go for it -especially if you've known him for awhile.

In this situation yes, because being 17 is under age and if the guy is over the age of 18 he can be charged. It can be considered rape if anything happens. Being 17 you are not "legal" to make choices for yourself. If you were 18 and he was 21 it would be fine because you would be considered an adult in the eyes of the government but being 17 you are still considered a minor. I hope that kinda helps ya out.

If your 17 and hes 20, no, age should not matter. He should not consider you as a little girl, but as his equal. I have always dated older guys and they never ever treated me or addressed me as a little girl. Now, I am dating a younger guy (3 years actually) and i never think about the age difference. Don't worry about it, and enoy the relationship as it is!

age is nothing but a number sweetie. my boyfriend is 25 i am 19. ive been with him since i was 16 and he was 22. we love eachother very much and have seen ups and downs just like anyother relationship. age is just somethng i think is good for and excuse
