I would like to use them in a microwave/confection oven

They're not really new. They've been around for years used by pastry chefs. I'd avoid the mic with those. At least read the recommendations first on the ones you have. They can go a standard oven to bake up to 400. They're good to mold ice cream or make chocolate domes in the freezer too. Wash them by hand so they don't wear out too quick.

I haven't used the blue ones but I have and do use the red ones and there is good and bad they are great for bread be careful not to over fill or the sides will slump and miss shape but cakes and bread are great read on the box about the temp

No, sorry, I haven't tried them. But I have a pair of the blue rubber looking oven mitts and they are fantastic to use -- once you get used to the way the work. So, I would think the pans would work.

THey're great bc you can turn them entirely inside out to get the cake/muffins out. They use much less oil too!

i have tried them, there not the best at all, use the old fashiond metle ones. i have lost a few cakes because of the flopyness of them.

you can!!!! i saw them 2 on a tv ad they look great and fun to bake with and the best part it doesint burn
