Export the image with a program. Or just open the image in a image editor like GIMP(Free open source software) which I use and then saveas the format you want to use for that image.

Open up Photoshop or Macromedia Fireworks and click save as and put Jpeg, or you can do a much easier way with a VERY small file, in Photoshop click SAVE FOR WEB, and you should get a high-quality Jpeg at at less than 10KB.

Not sure if this works.
Open it up in Paint or Photoshop or Fireworks. Then hit save as, and save as a jpeg.
Another way that might work is just to add on a .jpeg to the end (dunno if this works either)

so that you opt on to remodel a note report right into a picture? Why? in any case, you may do it via taking demonstrate screen images of each area of textual content (utilising the "prt scr" button on your Keyboard) and then paste the bits jointly in MS paint and save as in spite of report-form you want.
