His arrears are his and your child support is a separate order. I would pay your support, because it will benefit your child's care, but keep trying to get what he owes you the legal way. I am sure your ex will find out what it really cost to have a child in his house even though you are assisting him. Be the bigger person for the well being of your child.

My friend had a similar experience. I think that after consulting an attorney, the order was in place for her to pay, however they still took arrears payments from him. so he still paid her and she had to still pay him, but ORS handled the payments. Call an attorney and see if you can have the local child support agency handle it.

He would still owe you whatever he is behind. And YES you would have to pay child support from the time the reversal in support is ordered.

Why don't you wise up and get an attorney to tell you what the law is on this in your state. You should have had him arrested if he owed but since you didn't get it in writing and if he dare tells you to pay shove it back in his face or better yet file the appropriate charges and they speak for themselves.

Just because She decided too move dose not mean they will automatically reverse the custody order. If they decide to do so he will have too pay you first!
