Is it bad 2 keep refilling and drink out of 20oz plastic bottle

Make sure you wash it (with warm water and some kind of detergent),before each refill or bacteria will start to collect because there will be traces of saliva on it.

A few times is OK..but after that the plastic starts to get bacteria and it is just icky!!

yes. . . . bacteria and crap start collecting in it . .. i mean if you wash it every like second time before u refill u should be fine

as long as you wash it out it and keep it clean it should be fine. i do the same thing and haven't had any problems.
