Combining some activity with an association with something sexually suggestive will always be a profitable venture. I don’t see anything about the Chinese culture, which is breaking off its former oppressive shackles and is becoming increasingly modernized/westernized, that would preclude pole dancing classes from increasing in popularity over there.

When you couple the fact that obesity is a growing trend over there, with their adoption of western lifestyle and eating habits, it only makes sense that they will subscribe to popular western, if not faddish means, to lose the weight.
