I assume you are referring to the orisha Yemaya, the African goddess of Water/the Ocean? It is said we honor the goddess by holding a seashell to our ear (her first gift to us) to hear the sound of her Ocean. We also honor her with pursuit of healing, protection of women and compassion for the oppressed. Holding these ideals in our hearts and her symbol to our ear should be sufficient, though building a flowing fountain representing her river origin or a pond to signify her Ocean could also be a good idea.

This is a fertility goddess if I'm not mistaken. I'd say honor her by having a sex orgie.
