Immediately take her to the doctor!

you should take her to the doctor soon if the following doesnt work within 24 hrs.
check for a temp....... make note of her temp and use tylonol... never asprin at this point due to possible complications
epson salt bath...... go get epson salt at walmart and let her soak in it..... if it is chicken pox or other coomon childhood disease then she will finish breaking out.
give her benidryl... in case it is aa allergy due to something in your house or a chemical........ it very well could be an allergic reaction and it was my first and strongest guess as someone that works with allergies daily.
IF SHE ISNT BETTER TOMORROW OR HAS TROUBLE BREATHING THEN TAKE HER TO A DOCTOR ASAP. otherwise keep notes on her condition and make an appointment with her doctor in the morning.

Oh, 4 yr olds are the best. It could be a number of things that are ailing her, take her to the dr as soon as possible and If she complains of any more things try and go to urgent care. I hope she is fine.

sounds like strep throat but you need to get her to a doctor right a away this could get seriously bad if it hasnt already

it could be anything...chickenpox...mealses...etc...go and take him/her to their peditrician..
