You don't. That word does not exist in Spanish ( and I think that that doesn't exist in real life either )

I am studying the spanish language right now. I have 2 different spanish translators. Unfortunately niether one of them offered anything for "undead". I did find "muerto" for the word "dead" though. Check out Tomisimo.com. Maybe this will help? Hope so! :)

"desmuerto" does not exist. If you are using the word in some context akin to zombie movies, then the term used is "muerto viviente" (living dead) or "revivido" (brought back to life). No direct translation exists, since most Spanish-speaking people tend to enjoy the benefits of being dead and don't care about looking back.

It is hard to translate that without having the whole sentence where that word will be, but I would translate it as: No esta muerto or just like alive: vivo

I don't think that is a word not even in English.

You could translate it as a zombie or

as somebody alive (as it is not dead)

I dont believe there is a real translation for that, however, you could use "zombi" or "muerto en vida"
