I sold avon last year, did horribly, ended up quiting and still owe avon money. How do i do taxes with this?

How would I report this on my taxes? I called avon and asked If I would be getting a 1099 form and they said they have no record of me in the system, when I was told that the tax dept handeled this they couldnt transfer me, b/c they didnt have the number. I did technically buy over $5000 from the company, but I know I didnt make that much in sales. I still have leftover product!!.I dont want to get audited...Any advice anyone?

It sounds like you didn't turn any profit so there shouldn't be any tax on what you did sell. However, the leftover product and your other losses are not deductible.
