Your female dog is either the alpha in your overall household (meaning that she feels even you are her subordinate) or she is dominant over the male dog. If she's ever tried to "hump" him, this is a sign of her trying to dominate him (it is not sexual).
Some training can be done here to ensure that she knows YOU are in charge. Do not yell at her when she attacks the male dog, instead, you have to correct her. Get a can with about 20 pennies in it. When she goes on a jealous rampage, throw the can at her feet (not at her, but at the ground by her feet). This will scare her and stop the action. Praise her enormously whenever she stops attacking. The can is the equivalent of an alpha bark - your bark - telling her that this is not acceptable behavior. It is a corrective action and slowly shows her that you are in charge and that she is to listen to you. Also, she may associate attacking the male dog with this loud can noise. When she stops attacking, she is rewarded with your praise. So she associates certain behaviors with something she doesn't like.
What I described will take time and skill - so I recommend you take her (or both of your dogs) for obedience training where both the dog and you are trained.
However, ultimately, you may just have to always be careful. You may always have to feed her first, pet her first, etc., and only play with the other dog when she is fully occuppied or out of site. But again, if you can get obedience training where she recognizes you as the boss, this may help.
Good luck!

l have dogs that are jealous over each other. l just tell the one to wait a minute. then l will pet that one next. l have learn a long time ago that if you say wait a minute the dogs will know that as a command and they will really wait. of course this work for me because l taught them . so may be you should start saying wait a minute each time and they will be not so jealous.

As the alpha dog, you should be able to give attention to whom ever you want. Make your female dog lie down and stay while you pet the male dog and then vice versa. If she goes after your male dog tell her know and put her back to the spot you made her lie down. Don't forget to tell her what a good girl she is when she manages to hold her stay! Good Luck

with jealousy issues its important to make sure the reason for the jealousy goes away, so dont give her any attention unless the male dog is getting something. give her attention as you pet him, and ignore her if he is not arround. that way she will looks forward to him getting attention
