Get her to the hospital fast, if it feels to her like she is having an elephant sit on her chest she is having a heart attack. If there is numbness in her arm and if she has a problem saying a simple sentence lifting her arms, smiling, that could be a stroke, please take her to the hospital it could be gas or much much more.

Call 911 immediately. DO NOT DRIVE HER TO THE HOSPITAL; WAIT FOR THE AMBULANCE. Many ambulances can send information ahead to the hospital so the doctors there know what is going on. Also, if she passes out, the ambulance has the equipment to treat her, where you do not.

Call 911 immediately. If you are in a remote area, drive her to the nearest hospital or medical clinic.
