I am having a little trouble finding an Elementary School that has a 3 year old program in St. Rose, La, Or the surrounding area (our district). Any help at all is appreciated.

Call Saint Charles parish school system they have a 3 year old program in Luling. As far as the east bank they don't have any 3 year old programs. Next to Harry Hurst there is a public preschool but i think it is for 4 year olds. I lived in norco and just moved from there in November. Good luck and if you have to do a private one kidz academy is 90 weekly. there are cheaper ones in Luling though.

you wont find one. 3 year olds go to preschool in a daycare
