Unless he is doing a marking behavior, he is stressed about something. It could be something as serious as being frightened by a hawk, or the dog next door barking, or something as silly as having had a bad dream. Anyway, he is more likely to recover from whatever has upset him if you go out with him, and stay until he pees..Small dogs will decide it is safer to pee indoors, where they are safe from the 'boogieman' finding them by their scent..he is doing it where he knows he has a protector..Scolding for this will only make matters worse..
Now, if it is 'marking' behavior, which would be peeing tiny bits all over the walls or furniture, that is totally different, and would be related to him being sexually aware, such as if a female is in heat in the neighborhood, or he smells a female on some-one's clothing..Or has had doggy vistors that threaten his domain..The best remedy for 'marking' behavior, is getting him neutered.

He is probably nervous with all the commotion lately. In his little mind, he is telling the visitors that this is his territory. I'm sure he'll be fine once things calm down, but don't ignore his behavior. If you catch him in the act, you need to startle him to distract his actions and tell him NO! Put him outside right away. But NO HITTING!

there is a few actuality to it. often, that is by using fact the female is extra aggressive in her own environment. The male is likewise extra focused in his own environment and much less possibly to be distracted by potential of the unfamiliar smells, attractions and sounds. Timing is the main severe ingredient inspite of the shown fact that. A male won't mount and the female won't enable it till fertilization can happen. often, it is from Day 10 to fourteen after estrus starts and the release is straw colored, no longer pink or crimson. easily mating the place they are locked together could be in basic terms a couple of minutes or the tie can final as long as 30 minutes. With my Yorkies, it lasts approximately 5 minutes. The courtship, can take all day. in case you do choose for to take your lady over to the male's abode and depart her. bypass verify it out and confirm you're gentle with our environment and that she would be able to be risk-free and nicely cared for. you do no longer choose for different unneutered adult males around or for her to be exterior unattended or youthful babies that would reason a concern.

Maybe he's nervous or just don't want to go outside alone. Try to think of anything else that may be different in his routine. I would also suggest seeing a vet, maybe he has an infection. And I think every dog could benefit from a training class.

he maybe had an accident... then kept on smelling the scent... try puppy pads (you can get them at pets mart, put them in a tile floor area, so if he has to go, he will go there) Spray the area with puppy no-no spray.
