when you pluck hair repeatedly in the same spot it stops growing there. as long as you get it from the roots, it starts thinning from all the plucking. if you shave it, it grows back thicker since the root is the thickest part of the hair follicle when you shave you only remove the top part and the root then becomes the part sticking out and it gets thicker over time.

No repeated plucking makes the hair thinner and not grow back. My mother is living proof of this. If you shave yes your hair will be thicker and darker.

I agree with ann marie and mrs. rko, plucking will not make it thicker, but shaving will.

when it grows back it will be thicker! I know from personal experience.
